How should you take Salmeterol & Fluticasone?
Fluticasone and salmeterol inhalation is usually used as one inhalation twice a day (morning and evening approximately 12 hours apart). Follow your doctor's instructions.

If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop using fluticasone and salmeterol inhalation and seek emergency medical attention or notify your doctor immediately: * an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives); * increased difficulty breathing; or * chest pain or irregular heartbeats.

Heart disease or high blood pressure; irregular heartbeats; epilepsy or another seizure disorder; diabetes.
